This print is devoted to the work of John Lewis who dedicated his entire life to Peace and Justice. Edmund Pettus Bridge is where bloody Sunday fueled the movement towards eliminating the South of Jim Crow’s grip. This simplistic, classical architectural design represents the understated but powerful nature of the social justice giant, Mr. Lewis. Although the movement is to this day still moving slower than desired, incremental progress towards equality, justice, and peace continues.
